Introducing Prosperity Productions
Prosperity Productions got its start when Rohn Walker, Executive Director of IET, decided to produce a series of DVDs on business management technology. He brought together three major talents to collaborate on the first production, Emotions in the Workplace, which released in August 2009.
Producer Michael Doven, well-known in the movie industry, was associate producer for films such as The Last Samurai, Mission Impossible II, Minority Report, Collateral and Vanilla Sky and has contributed to a dozen other films. He brought 18 years of expertise and experience to this training film.
Director Gary Ravenscroft, whose work has ranged from television commercials and feature films to music videos and documentaries, is known for his unflinching, innovative visuals and compelling performances. He has earned many awards including ten prestigious American Advertising Federation Awards, an Australian Film Institute nomination and eight awards from the Australian Cinematographers Society.
Co-director, writer and star of Emotions in the Workplace, Jim Meskimen is an accomplished actor, improviser and voice artist whose work has been seen and heard on television, in movies and on stage for many years. His TV appearances have included Whose Line Is It Anyway?, The Fresh Prince of Bel Air and Seinfeld, to name a few. He has also been featured in movies such as Apollo 13 and The Other Sister.
Emotions in the Workplace is a fast and practical introduction to how emotions in the workplace affect businesses and include steps executives can take to make their office less stressful and more productive. It debuted in English and is available with subtitles in French, German, Italian, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese Traditional, Chinese Simple and Thai. There are also dubbed versions in Russian, Italian and Hungarian.
